Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If that is the case, please contact us at the email address below and provide the product details and description of the defect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. You must also, for all returns, prepay the shipping and insurance fees (if applicable). If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include any shipping and/or handling fees that may appear on the shipping label.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are eligible for an exchange or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (using the original payment method). Shipping and handling fees you have already paid are non-refundable, and refunded amounts will not include shipping costs. A maximum of 15 business days after receiving our email may pass before the refund appears on your statement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
